I make my own candied lemon peels from scratch and incorporate them in bite size pieces to my dough that is loaded to capacity with fresh blueberries! Add in some poppyseeds and you have a delightful, summery loaf perfect for brunches. Some clients have told me it makes for amazing French Toast.

As with all my breads, I deliver my products fresh frozen to maintain peak freshness. When you receive your bread, let it defrost and either slice and toast or bake at 400F for 5 to 8mins for optimal flavor and texture.
